Holiday Ideas

• Make your curtain tiebacks festive this year! Attach mini ornaments to them for a subtle holiday accent.

Porcelain glows with the light of a flame. Gather your own unused porcelain teacups or go on a hunt for used porcelain at thrift stores. Place tea lights in the center of the cups for a warm, holiday glow that is incredibly unique.

Hang a small wreath within a larger one. Decorate each differently or make the size difference between them extreme so you are able to tell there are two wreaths. Try our Timber Ridge wreath paired with our 12" or 18" Wildwood wreath for a  wonderful match!

Objects underneath glass = intrigue. Place a cute mini tree or a collection of ornaments under a glass cake topper or other glass cover. Try our tiny Mini Vienna for this idea. Remember to decorate it over-the-top!

Fill a glass vase with cranberries and add white flowers or simple greenery. The color combination is perfect for the holidays and it creates a beautiful look.

Highlight your wreath with a large frame this year. Found at flea markets, garage sales, or auctions, a classy vintage frame is a unique and fresh way to “frame” your wreath. Use a hook or nail to hang the frame (take out the glass if needed). To hang the wreath inside, loop an oversized ribbon through the wreath and then tie it to the top of the frame. Our Nova Scotia wreath with LED lights or our gorgeous and unique Cimarron Pine wreath would work like a charm!

• Use a classy champagne bucket as a mini tree stand. Place it on a table top or cabinet for a one of a kind holiday tree! Our little Frasier Fir would be perfect for this.

Waxed tooth floss has proven to be the best material for stringing popcorn, cranberry, or gumdrop garlands. It’s both strong and slick, allowing things to slide on easily and is also able to hold up all season long.

Tie festive ribbons to ornaments and hang them in your windows for an untraditional way of ornament “hanging”

• Use two wreaths on your door – but not side by side in the traditional way. Buy two different sizes and using a slip knot, lasso the two together vertically. Our 30" Balsam wreath and 18" Roanoke wreath would work perfectly for this set up!

Use mini cookie cutters to cut fun holiday shapes of sliced cheese to use on crackers.
